Role Overview: Looking for a motivated professional to join our IB / Merchant Banking team. The role involves financial modelling, IPO evaluation, due diligence & compliance (SEBI ICDR / ICAI guidelines).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build financial models, valuations & transaction structures.
  • Analyze client financials, projections & peer benchmarks.
  • Conduct due diligence for IPOs, rights issue, fundraising.
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI ICDR & ICAI guidelines.
  • Assist in DRHP, offer docs, investor presentations.
  • Industry research & support senior management in execution

Key Skills:

 Job Title: Sales Executive – Trading & Demat Account Opening

Location: Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid

Experience: 1-3 years in Financial Sales/Broking/Investment Banking

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect & Acquire Clients: Identify and onboard high-potential clients (retail/HNI/corporate) for Trading & Demat Accounts.
  • Digital On boarding: should be able to on board clients digitally. (DMAT- Accounts) 
  • Market Research: Stay updated on financial markets, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to pitch effectively.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for account openings and revenue generation.
  • Cross-Selling: Promote additional financial products (equity, mutual funds, IPOs) to enhance client engagement.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to SEBI/RBI guidelines and KYC norms during client onboarding.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in BFSI sales, stockbroking, or investment advisory.
  • Strong network and ability to tap new clients (retail/HNI/businesses).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
