Job Title: Data Analyst – Stock Brokerage Firm
Location: Nariman point, Mumbai
Job Type: Full-time, In Office
Experience Level: 1–3 years (preferred)
Industry: Financial Services / Stock Broking
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse trading data, client activity, and business performance to generate actionable insights.
- Create and maintain regular MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Work extensively with Microsoft Excel—including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, index-match, and conditional formatting.
- Visualise data clearly using charts, graphs, and pie charts to support business presentations and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (research, compliance, sales) to fulfil data requirements.
- Interpret patterns and trends to aid strategic and operational decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality across reports and databases.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).
Job Title: Sales Executive – Trading & Demat Account Opening
Location: Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid
Experience: 1-3 years in Financial Sales/Broking/Investment Banking
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect & Acquire Clients: Identify and onboard high-potential clients (retail/HNI/corporate) for Trading & Demat Accounts.
- Digital On boarding: should be able to on board clients digitally. (DMAT- Accounts)
- Market Research: Stay updated on financial markets, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to pitch effectively.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for account openings and revenue generation.
- Cross-Selling: Promote additional financial products (equity, mutual funds, IPOs) to enhance client engagement.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to SEBI/RBI guidelines and KYC norms during client onboarding.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in BFSI sales, stockbroking, or investment advisory.
- Strong network and ability to tap new clients (retail/HNI/businesses).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of stock markets, trading, and Demat processes.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales.
